The following terms are applicable if you have paid for our service

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have defined meanings under the following conditions. These definitions remain the same, whether they appear in the singular or the plural form.

Your Order Cancellation Rights :

You are entitled to cancel your order or request a refund only before the service date. We do not accept cancellations or refund requests after the service date has passed or the service has been completed

To exercise your right to cancel or request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Provide a clear statement of your decision to cancel or request a refund.

We will reimburse you once you provide a clear statement regarding the reason for the refund. The amount will be transferred via bank transfer, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were donated in the last 7 days and before service date

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
We cannot accept the return of goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have an expired date.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Donation Refund Policy

Refunds for donations will be issued if the donor submits a refund request before the event date. Please note that refunds may take approximately 7 to 10 working days to process and reflect in the donor's account. A platform service fee, ranging from 5% to 10% of the donation amount, will be deducted during the refund process. Refund requests made after the event date are not eligible and will not be processed.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and track able mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when donated and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when donated, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
